Return Policy

  1. All return requests must be reported within five (5) business days of receiving the merchandise. Approved returns will be issued store credit toward future purchases or exchanged merchandise only.

  2. Returns are accepted solely for defective merchandise or in cases where the issue is the fault of Common Knit, Inc.

  3. If merchandise is returned and found to be non-defective or not the fault of Common Knit, Inc., the return will not be processed. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any additional expenses incurred.

  4. All approved return merchandise must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

How to Report a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact us at sales@commonknit.com  or by phone.
A member of our team will review your request and follow up to discuss the reason for the return.

For damaged or defective items, customers will be asked to provide photographs clearly showing the damaged area. Once reviewed and approved, a credit memo will be issued for use toward future purchases.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

After an RMA has been issued, the returned merchandise must be received by our warehouse within ten (10) business days. Merchandise received after this period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
